Hot damn...Ewan McGregor is so, so fine. And so is his beard! I thought all Star Wars fans WERE Star Trek fans. No? I am both. A sci fi geek through and through.
ReplyDeleteI once thought that they at least got along, until I met my husband. I've now seen some VERY heated arguments between Trekkers and Star Wars fans between his friends and being a loyal wife quickly fell onto the Star Wars side.
ReplyDeleteI still need to give Star Trek a try, even my husband admits that he likes some of it. My other scifi geek outs include Farscape (there is a nice BRAIDED beard on that one!) and Firefly (disappointing lack of facial hair I'm afraid). I just love that you are a romance fan AND Trekker (I've been told that Treckie is now offensive...)

ReplyDeleteYou know it is possible to love both Star-Wars and Star-Trek. I'd go crazy if I had to choose one over the other. This is proof-positive that men and women watch sci-fi for totally different reasons. No mention at all here about little Yoda flying around kickin' bootie with a light saber.
ReplyDeleteRandy-That was one of the best scenes in the modern star wars set! Trust me, I loved it too! But can't a girl enjoy the hotness that is Ewan in any form that we can get it? hehehe
